Question What Car Cant You Wait For?

Which car is the one you cant wait for its release date? Concept, Prototype, or soon to be released car, which is on the top of your list to get behind the wheel of and why?

Hmmm, good topic. It used to be the 2004 GTO for me, but not anymore after seeing the pictures. The SSR looks pretty cool, and so does the SS. The 2004-5 Mustang GT looks great... I can go on and on: Lamborghini Gallardo, Bentley Continental GT, Chrysler 300M Hemi... The list goes on from $20k cars to $120k cars.

if it is going to happen... a fourth gen RX 7

i remember reading about the rx8, and when asked about plans for a rensis powerplant and an rx7, they wouldn't comment. and made a big point about the rx8 not being another rx7... soooo... who knows

aside from that

THE NEW FORD GT!!!

The new 'Stang, and the Gallardo. The mustang is just needed and the Gallardo since i'm sick of shitty Murcielago photochops being passed off as Gallardos.

Perhaps a 420 modena, that'd be sexy.

Well, I would really like to get behind the 2004 GTO. But i was also wondering if any of you had heard the rumors about Cadillac introducing a V16. Supposedly, its called the GC XV16 and is rated at 1000hp. Basically from what i have heard its basically 2 overhead-valve V8s tied together but uses a single casting for the block. I guess they are aiming the 13.6-liter V16 at competitors such as Rools-Royce and Mayback. I would love to get my hands on one of those.

Yeap, Cadillac will be pushing 1000hp and 1000lbs of torque. Will also have a six-figure price tag, and a "switch" that lets you change how many cylinders the car is running on at any given time

But anyways, I can't wait for the 2005 Mustang! Or the 2005 Corvette! But I'm looking forward to the new Mustang more, love the looks

2005 stangs baby, they are supposed to be putting in a 3.5 liter v6 with 250 horses, and the v8's may go back to 5 liters around 350 horsepower for the gt. And the next gerneration cobra will continue to be supercharged but if its based on a 350hp 5 liter then its gonna be badass. Im pretty sure they will have a 350 horse 5 liter because they introcued their new 5 liter crate motor rated at 425 horses, so they have definately been working with em.
Also the new GT!! new F150's and ESPECIALLY THE 500HORSE STICK SHIFT LIGHTNING!
BABY LAMBO, BENTLY GT, damn i could go on forever...

I read an artice saying that if the new v12 escalades are pretty successful then that 16 cylinder catty could be a possibility in a few years.
Personally i havent been a cadilac fan, as far as their cars are concerned cause i think they suck, read too many realiability problems, but the escalades and some of these new concepts are looking descent, bout time GM, they have been using the ugly stick on their cars ex: aztec, whole pontiac line, front end on the silverados, avalanch and so on

I agree. The new concepts show a change for the better in GM. The 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix beats out the whole Pontiac line in looks, including the new GTOs and any Firebirds (even though they are gone). Chevy changed their styling for the worse last year, and I don't see it getting better... I am just hoping all of GM changes for the better over the next few years.

428 Modena would make more sense but infringe upon's Ford's copyrigths and patents. I really hope that there is no 420 modena in the context you spoke of, I didn't know gas was THAT bad.
