Thumbs up *FOR SALE* 2003 Malibu LS

hi all! up for sale is my 2003 Chevy Malibu LS. I am leaving for IRAQ and I can't keep my car. I'm not going to put it in storage, so I need it to go to a good home. I have to sell this by month's end-that gives me 4 full weeks!

ok, here's some info:
brand new michelin x-radial tires(4). they're 80,000 mile warranty tires with either 7,000 or 10,000 miles on them. In fact, I just wore down the last of the whiskers! I put on new rotors and lifetime guaranteed ceramic brake pads back in july. They stop on a dime-very nice! I also installed a pair of polk audio 6X9 speakers in the rear dash. I just detailed in interior yesterday, and shampooed the carpets. I haven't detailed the exterior yet, as it is expected to snow another 8" by tomorrow morning. I will probably give it a shower and wax by end of week.

just under 38K miles
averages 25 mpg mixed driving - I'm conservative!
ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE HISTORY!!!
new tires, new lifetime brakes, new speakers
very clean car!

This car has awesome low-end power as well as a smooth, luxury cruise both on the freeway or in the city. I just used the last of my lucas fuel treatment additive. Lucas oil is the best! if you've never used it, you're really missing out. It extends the life of all your seals/rings as well as cleans the fuel injectors. I honestly attribute regular Lucas Oil treatments to such great mileage. I can't say enough about it.
There are slight superficial chips/dings. One is from a hail storm we had in the spring. A tornado ripped through the area and pelted us with nearly golf ball sized hail. The chips are from driving on i-680. There is some very slight discoloration just outside of the border of the floor mat driver side-from all the nasty road treatments used over winter.

ok, I think i've written a novella. so here it is, cut and dry. I financed this through my credit union www.sscu.net I still owe around $9600 or so, don't know exactly, but can find out if you're interested. I keep ALL MY RECEIPTS b/c I'm OCD like that. Oil has been changed every 2500-3000 miles. I have receipts for my tires, brakes, rotors, speakers-the total cost for all the above is almost $1000.00 Most people, especially dealers, would include this on the final sticker price. I really don't care, and you'll see I'm not trying to make money on this deal. If you, or anyone you know, is interested, please contact me ASAP! To anyone here on the forums, if you can find a buyer (someone NOT on the forums) I'll even give you a $100 finder's fee/bonus!

Thanks for all the help, HAPPY NEW 2008!

Re: *FOR SALE* 2003 Malibu LS

anyone? any reputable dealership would price this at no less than $10,200! I would like to offer this to someone who takes that extra step in caring for his/her car before I put this in the paper and in auto-trader.
