Poor gas mileage?

Hello, I drive a 1994 Buick Lesabre and I've been getting really bad gas mileage. I just got it tuned up and I drive very light footed. Does anyone have any suggestions to improve the mileage? Thanks.

How bad is "bad?" How long has this been going on? And did it go away all at once or slowly?

I keep track of my mileage on my 94. When it goes down a lot, say to 16 or less, I look for something wrong. First time, was crankshaft position sensor. Is happening again. Today I plan to replace ECM and see what happens.

Oh, I usually get around 19 in mixed driving.

I would check the Oxygen sensor.
