Messed up door panel!! How do i fix???

Ok, i am planning on painting my interior but my door panel is real messed up from the sun beaming down on it on those hot summer days. How should i fix this cause it won't look right if i just paint over it?

A closer look:

Yea, i love the sun but i hate what it can do to your car! I plan on just getting a new panel too, i will be sure to tint the windows though so it doesn't happen again

i don't know if that is fix-able and still able to keep the vinyl texture on the patches. I would get new panels and be sure to keep them shiny and clean with some Armor All. The Armor All moisturizes it to prevent it from cracking.
