D15B help

i have a 91 crx si how hard would it be to put a D15B in it and were could i get a good one at

i need help. i have an 94 accord with an h22a obd1 swap in it. everything is fine motor runs great, but when i take it to 120 it blogs out! why is it doing this? i bought the motor from canada. would that have anything to do with it? do they have seed laws. the guy said it was a jdm motor.

It is because your motor is starving for fuel at that obscene speed.
