WTF, all i wanted to do was put in a stereo

Alright, so i just put a stereo in my 97 conti, and when i went to test it everything went to hell. First of all, the car won't start, i'm thinking i maybe bumped the fuel shut off in the trunk, but i can't check because now the trunk won't work with the button, and i don't have a key for it. also, it won't open with the number pad on the door, i don't know if this is a new issue because that was the first time i tried the key pad. The warning center on the dash is now also blinking check ride control after i had the battery unhooked for a few minutes. Anybody have any ideas on how to open the trunk? I hear like a buzz when i hit the button, so i think the relay is getting power, but it just won't work.
