Hooking up Carb - Fuel line question...
Holley 800 double pumper on a Mark IV 454.
Fuel line from regulator has 1/2" INSIDE diameter (barb fitting). All the fuel rails on Summit and Jegs are 3/8" barb fitting --- so I'd have a 1/2" barb fitting on one end and a 3/8" barb fitting on the other - doesn't seem to work to me, don't like the 1/8" gap deal. I also don't feel like dumping $150+ for a fancy 1/2" line. Would there be any problems coming off the regulator with ... say... size 10AN braided line - to a y block - to (2) size 8AN braided lines to the carb inlets? For example use one of these - http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0002_342498_-1 Any issues using those size lines / y-block? |

If your fuel pressure is steady, you should have no problem.
