Unhappy 95 Sebring wont start

Have a 1995 Sebring. Had the CV axle and battery replaced on Thrusday 12/20. Started and drove fine on Friday, Saturday Did not drive it on Sunday. Drove it fine on Monday. Did not drive it on Tuesday, 12/25. Now it won't start. All lights and electrical work, had battery tested it's fine. Do not know where the starter is located. Saw an earlier post suggesting follow the postive cable from battery to find starter. Still need to do this. Checked fuses-seem fine. Totally at a loss . Any suggestions, hints or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 95 Sebring wont start

Does it even crank? There is a fuse in the powerblock, under the hood (just in front of the negative post) that blows and you cannot crank, but have lights, etc. It is one of the very small ones.
