'97 SL2 won't crank, weird...

I jumped in my 97 SL2 last night after i got out of work, fired right up, and before I got to the road it just died, like i shut the key off. When i turn the key on, i get all the dash lights, i can hear relays clicking, but no actuation of the starter. Here is the weird part.. My headlights work, tail lights, dash lights, heater fan, but, I dont have any starter, power windows, power locks, rear defrost, or dome light, or ignition, I tried popping the clutch and nothing. Ive checked everything, every fuse, looked for burnt wires, swapped relays, bypassed clutch safety, im out of ideas.... maybe PCM? Any ideas would be great.... I just dont know what to do. Thanks! sounds like your starter has gone. before you get a new one tho, check for corrosion on the terminals and wires to the battery. also check the voltage on the battery
