Have you ever tried future floor polish for the clearcoat?it dries pretty smooth and can be brushed on without brushstrokes.
just a thought.

Sidewinder-03: I havent had any experience with that stuff ever, I havent seen it for sale anywhere here, but I didnt really look either. I have Tamiya Clear Coat ready Im just waiting for it to be warmer outside and then I will finish this one

Vric: LOL, the tires need decals so they are still in the bag, im worried about putting threse on and them drying with the white film on the outside.

fullbloodchop01: Thanks

Look for future at your wal-mart in the kitchen cleaning supplies section. Comes in a clear plastic jug and has fancy graphics on the label.

Thanks Everyone! I have a question for those who made this model; How did you put the decals on the tires without the film showing when they dry?? And should I clearcoat the wheels aswell?

It should say this in the steps somewhere.....nice and easy to follow.
When the decal is on the tire, brush it down well with a good soft brush.
Dont clear coat the wheels !!!

And if it was Tommi Mak's WRC Scobby it would have lost a wheel completely

Thanks for taking the time to scan that, but they are ordinary decals, thats why I was asking, I have worked with those other ones before but i found it strange that they gave me regular ordinary decals for the tires.
