My Revell 240z project
It is a Datsun 240z and I am makin it look like a racing one that you would see at the track...it has the thick tires in the back and cobra rims in the front...i also drew the numbers on the windsheild so it looks like the racing numbers u get at the track.

Fairly good kit, but It needs alot of sanding and the clear parts dont pint well. What color are you going to paint it, I just sprayed mine blue.

That's a very nice lookin car. I would get one but I have to many kits. have you thought about putting in a skyline engine? Or maybe a 300zx engine?

i dont have any engines left only the 1 v8 from a model that broke...otherwise i would do a swap...and i have no idea for color any ideas???

i just got mine form ebay on friday. lots pieces will need heavy work to make it fit nicely. im going to sand all of the lettering off to replace it with decalls. kool car model but its too bad its a revell. plus side = engine. i will make a thread once my digicam is working and i plan on starting on it. im thinking tamiya German Gray that i just ordered from HLJ. any other suggestions?

I would do it red like on the box. But a darker red, the one on the box looks like a lame red.

i was considering that too any suggestions in tamiya code i love their sprays? maybe i will save the german gray for the gto TT on the way or the gti
