Bad Vibes Above 50
Alright i have a 99 with a freshly rebuilt by me rear dana 35. everything came out within spec. backlash was .006, pinion preload 25in lb, total rotating assy with seals was 45in lb. the gears marked well too depth looked good. i just don't know what the hell is causing the vibration. got any ideas oh and i already rotated the drive shaft 180 to rule that out. thanks
Ok who if anyone knows the diffrence between the dana 35 in 1998 and the 1999 model as far as ring and pinion go... mostly just the pinion. i need to know if i got boned by superior gear or not.
