Red DC2(J)

I am done with another curbside model, and my LAST DC2 Integra. I am really pleased with the way this model turned out. This is my first model completed since joining AF, and all your tips helped. From painting to polishing, painting weather strips, etc. The car has a Testors silver base coat, then sprayed Testors Bright Red. After an hour in the dehydrator, I accidently sprayed it with Testors clear flat. So I polished the body to get it shiny, and it worked. I added window trim, bare metal foil to the head and tail lights, and Scale Motorsports plain weave carbon fiber to the hood. The body was sealed in Dupli Color clear and polished. Wheels are from the Revell ITR, Detail Master Guages inside, and a custom made exhaust. I left the spoiler off for a clean look, and yes the front wheels do turn. I truly believe this is a great forum and everyone can benifit from it. Cheers to you all!
Now, on with the pictures.

Thanks. I was trying to use different lighting to create better pics. I guess I need a better camera.

Really nice! I'm looking forward to finishing mine! How hard was it to lower it? Any pics on how you did?

I have to agree with the other comments so far....that has to be one of the nicest i have seen built so far.
The differance between the black hood/redbody and white wheels is great and really sets it off.

Stunning...simple yet sporty...by the way, i think something is wrong with the position of the steering wheel...
