i just got a cone filter for my 97 se and while installin it, i took off that connector that's right there beside the screws on the right hand side of the box... i accidentally forgot to plug it back in when i restarted the car and now my check engine light is on... do you think there's actually something wrong w/ my car or is it just that the comp thinks that that sensor is burnt out and needs a new one... if that's all, is there anyway to reset the comp so that the check engine light goes off w/o havin to go to the shop and pay those guys to do it?!?! thanks for your help fellas
much respect, mike |

Try disconnecting your battery for about an hour then reconnect it. See if this works.
