Is this even worth buying?
I want a cold ait intake for my 96 SOHC neon, and was wondering if either one of these is even worth money. Please look at the links below to see the intakes.

actually i wouldnt buy it. The intake takes air in right above the header which is hot air. Hot air isnt good. The best intake for your car is the iceman, and on your sohc always replace the exhaust because that is the most restrictive exhaust ever. If i were you and i was strapped for cash i would make one myself. It only costs a coupld bucks in parts and the filter but its way better than getting hot air from the header.
peace

The best way to do it for very little is use a 3.0L from a 80's or 90's Caravan in a junkyard. Its really easy to do and if you need more info goto Neons.org.
