Need help for the Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec?

Hey I will be starting on this car soon but I am worried about the headlights on the car.
They are already chrome but you have to paint on black paint on the sides of the light hole things. This seems tricky for me, would they look alright if you left them chrome without the black bits or should I still try and do them??

Help please!

Thanks

Oh also. The kit is the Tamiya kit.

Did you find that the masking tape shapes that came with it for the black bits on the windows worked alright? eg. no runs or anything?

If u use acrylics, the chrome plated parts will make things easier to wipe off any excess paint with a cocktail stick.
