i think the glue from Testors for windows would work on that, it dries clear!
Ahh.. just another group for me to say F*** to F*** the postal system |

Very well saying that Joey, but it also comes down to how it was packaged.....
I don't think clear parts cement will disguise the joint, IMHO the part is scrap.... Ray

How was it packaged??
Whenever I send model parts I always put them in a box, not in an flat pack or envelope, you have to compensate for the oafs at the postal service and package accordingly. Ray

Hi, let me tell you guys a story.
As i was building my MB SLK i got to the end of the kit and was ready to apply the taillights. To my suprize i only found one. I have a cat and i KNOW she loves to take little things and hide them so i figured that part was long gone. Anyways as i was getting up i hear a crack, the part was now 2 peices. I used Tamiya's Extra Thin Cement to get them together, nice and flush but you can still see the crack. Painting it just made it stand out more. So anyways, if you find a technique let me know, because as far as i know, once you break it.... you have to tell your friends "i wanted a realistic model that contrasted the accidental collisions in our world, so the taillight represents that which is accidental" Thanks

You could try watch crystal cement. It will bond the two together and not cause hazing on the plastic.

So the actual truth is that the part was not packaged suitably, so how can you blame the post office?
Joey, like Dan said, shipping on a small box is not much, definitely not more than $1,50. Ray
