Talking help!!! car wont start please help

Hey guys I need help again. My car doesn't seem to want to start.
Here's the story... I was having trouble starting my car. I had a broken distributor cap and a dead battery. So I bought a new cap and a new battery, installed them, and the car started up fine. I went to go start the car the next day and the battery had drained all the way down. I don't know why. I turned on all the lights in my car and the headlights when the car was off and they all worked but they were all very dim. When I turned my headlights on, my clock went so dim that I couldn't read it. But anyways, when I put the new battery and dizzy cap on, my car started right up, no problem. But the next day, my starter doesn't even turn over. So it can't be the starter right? Could I have a bad alternator? I checked the main fuses and none are blone so I don't think it could be those. I am frustrated cause I don't know what the problem is. I've gone through 3 batteries now total and they all seem to drain after a few days. I just figured it was the cold weather cuz I live in CT and weve gotten snow like every 4 or 5 days this winter plus my car has sat for 3 months. Could it be anything else? It's not the battery cuz I keep buying brand new ones. oh yah, when I try starting the car, I hear a clicking coming from the distributor if that helps. Please HELP!!!

You don't have to take the axle off, just the alt bracket, i did mine like in 15 min.

Remove driver side splash guard and alt bracket and the alt will just pop out the side.
