Hypothetical question.

Just thought this be interseting. If you had to pick between owning a really expensive house & a cheap car & vise-versa, which would you choose. I'd choose the car because it would be pretty sweet to own like a Lambo & live in the projects. Yeah, I could live with the pjs.
Sorry y'all, I'm kinda bored.

I would choose the house, of course it would have to be non-financed. that way you could always borrow against it later and get a better car

Not to mention it would be nice when you have the mates over for a BBQ.

Better house definitely, with nice working plumbing and electricity. A nice car is always a good thing, but it doesn't keep you warm and is not necessarily comfy to sleep in.

Yeah! This is kind of rhetoric. The house, you can always get the money for a car easier than for a y nice house.

A house has retained value. There is no way a car will INCREASE in value except for exceptional circumstances. So a house. Then a car...

I would get the nice house, sell it, get a cheaper but still nice house, and sell the crap car and get an average car. Or depending on what type of car the crap car is, I would most likely consider keeping it and fixing it up.
