Its still in the shop

We'll my other baby is due out any day now. My son made it out fine now I'm awaiting the release of my car. After however long its been since that rainy day. The clutch did need some bleeding...and after an hour of doing so my car hinted it needed something else. I was tired of spending weekends in the garage so I sent it to a shop. They've helped me out before and I figured why not, I would like to drive again someday. It turns out that I needed a new clutch pad, A new flywheel, and one of my tie-rods was messed up. Ok 60,000 yen later I just might be driving again next week. 300,000 yen for the hospital bill and this and I still have my head above water. Its amazing what you can save when you dont have to pay for gas for more than a month. Har Har! I think I'm just going to keep saving up for that GTR, after all I think the misses would like a car, maybe a GTS-T?

You guys no nothing compared to me... 10 months and still counting! Supposedly it will be done thursday yet i will be out of town so i plan on picking it up tuesday or thursday. Those bastards are sooooo slow, i will never ever take it there again or ever buy from them again. If anyone needs GTR work in San Diego i have a friend now that has a guy to do any type of work to them. So i will definately go with him next time.... what am i saying!? I will sell this car if it breaks again!

What i really want to do is sell it and buy the new R35, since i believe the previous GTRs will be higher in demand because of the high price of the R35. Also with F&F2 having the GTR as a main car people will definately want one.

Just my rant... sorry for the MotorEx downplay.

Cars are one thing, but life is another.

I bought my misses a GTSt, now basically I lost both my skylines She does not wear the pants, I want to make that perfectly clear to you guys. Its just that she is a lawyer, and I am at a legal disadvantage, we will just leave it at that.

Mr. Sky,
10 months and its at MotoRex still getting worked on. Man, I feel for you.

JouleUSA

Holy crap! Is that going to be street legal in the usa? Where is the shop going to be located, just so i know a better place to take my gtr. That turbo upgrade for mine is looking very tasty right now, although mine is still an everyday street car.

Have you timed it yet? I see that it was at MotorEx about 2 weeks ago, will it be there next week or is it still there? Id love to see that beast since im picking mine up next week. Or at least come by the shop.

The car has gts-t rims on it with snow tires right now. I hope you didn't see it at motorex because they told me it is not there but at customs!

Over here, my wife wears pants but I am the lawyer...so guess who is at a legal disadvantage and who is driving the GTR?
