sway bars and strut tower braces

i got a 97 civic it has the tokico illumina suspension kit i want to do auto x and want to know what strut tower braces and sways bars i should go with

Strut bars will not do much for your car. Sway bars on the other hand are much better and you will see a vast improvement.

I see a lot of people liking the Neuspeed front tower bar and the Comptech Rear Anti-Sway/Tie Bar Combo.

By looking at the installation instructions it doesn't seem like you have to drill. Look for yourself:
