hmm... you could buy it for the motor though... stick it in a 240 or a z... that would be pretty sick... did they make an r33 v spec? |

You can get 1/2 cuts in better shape than that, for 1/2 the price. I would not touch it.
Only thing is, that engine should be in pretty good shape coming from MotoRex.

I can't really think of any reason to buy it...
Hmm, Motorex tested engine, that could be a selling point, but is it really worth 9k+? If your a mad scientist you could get the ATTESSA out of it and use it for your own evil designs

USD9999 is expensive for that one! A friend of mind bought a beautiful RB26 half cut over here recently with the engine worked by Top Secret - came with Top Secret ROM - for about USD5800. The e-bay price is way too high methink.

Yeah, I think it is a steal too. He has a R33 GTR and he is now putting in the "new" engine while the other one is kept. Wish I had found that engine first!

Too bad... hopefully the driver made it out ok. Lucky it was right hand drive!
Buyer beware on this puppy. I used to have a job in autobody/recycling long ago. We specialized in 5.0 mustangs. Anytime a car was hit hard enough to move the engine or tranny, the boss wouldn't buy it. Many times these cars have engine and tranny bearing damage. The engines will run, but after a few hundred or thousand miles a bearing will finally over-heat and wipe or spin. Looking at this car the tranny got hit hard enough to permanently displace the engine. (You can see how it is shifted a few degrees off center in the engine bay photo.) This may mean bad news for the entire driveline. Sometimes it's best to let a dead dog lie... Just my 2 cents. AL
