18 inch rim question?

I currently drive a Maxima , I have 18 inch Katana's. I always got the largest profile of tire that I could get so I wouldn't feel all those bumps. Should I actually be getting the lowest profile possible? Why or why not? What tire size should I be getting for my maxima? Oh I forgot to mention that I want performance so take that into consideration.

Was that your Maxima? I asked about the 20's or bigger on a QX4. Anyways what about a Pathfinder? I heard different about a 22's on a QX4 and Pathfinder. I heard a Pathfinder could only fit 20's and QX4 could fit 22's whats up with that?

A Pathfinder can fit up to 21's. Anything bigger would just be doing too much.

They have different suspentions and you'll have to get the Pathfinder lifted a bit to fit 22's.
