Engine difference's?

What are the difference in the American Wrx and the other WRX's? Is it just the turbo P.S.I. Or is it intercoolers and other costly stuff? And how much would it cost to essentially tune an American WRX to the standards of Japan's WRX's beside the spoiler and handling doodads?

In Japan they have 100RON gasoline available so the Jap domestic cars are more aggressively tuned.

You'll find the difference in power in the ECU programming. There is not much you can do about that apart from using octane booster in every tank and then tuning your engine for it.
