Question B18B1 bottom end build

I am going to put a gsr girddle, oil pan, oil pickup, oil pump, main caps, and windage tray into the bottom end of my b18b1 motor. I am going to also replace the bearings and all rod bolts and main cap bolts. What are the best bearings and bolts? I have found ARP rod bolts, but no main cap bolts. Does any aftermarket companies make these? And are new acura bearings the best way to go or what?
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

arp makes a lot of the bolts you're looking for. and yeah, acura bearing are probably your best bet. unless you plan on doing some serious high revving. then you could go with a specialty bearing. i dont know anyone who uses any special bearing but i'm sure they're out there. i love to see another LS brother doing good with his integra. happy tuning:silly2:
