ebay and insurance

i was just looking on ebay and they have boxsters as low as 15000 USD and i was thinking that was a pretty damn good deal for a 1999 boxster

even tho i cant afford it right now but i was just htinkin about it

how much does everyone pay for insurance on their porsches???

i would think that the insurance on a boxster like that ..for even the price..would be alot...

so would the money saved be no good because it would all go towards insurance

Well, it's not on the road, so it's not insured, but $100 a month for basic coverage, $1 million liability... Add another $20 a month for collision and comprehensive, in case I crash it, I'll get the $3K it's worth in the books, and it's covered if someone hits it while it's parked....

That's Canadian dollars BTW, so that's like $70 USD.
