Thumbs up Great car

IMHO The Lexus IS200/300 is possibly one of the best one of the cars under 30,000 Euros. Firstly the car is dynamically one of the best the handling is percise yet fun- the engine is lively and willing and is capable of excellent top speed and 0-100km/h times. The Gearbox is another strong point- 6 speed in a 2.0 I6?? You'd better believe it- and it shifts smoothly and percisely. The styling is obviousy a strong point as is the comfort/spec levels (VERY generous) and finally the good old Lexus reliability- this car finished Number1 in EVERY satisfaction survey done in Europe in 2002

Very close to perfection indeed

Not to be a cheerleader or anything, but I must agree. I was wavering between the IS300 or a BMW 330i, test drove both, and the 300 really blew up my skirt. This year's are a little more sporty looking too (well, compared to the 330 box, anyway).
