My day at the junkyard
Yo!
I took the day off yesterday and got some parts. I found a drak grey EX, and took the bumper covers off and the door handles and some trim stuff from inside...so from the outside, it'll look like an EX someday  - but the internals of the bumpers were no good...wrecked, or rust  So - I am still looking for the insides of the rear bumper for a 4-door, before I head to the body shop to have them pull the frame, and repair the quarter panel. I was also hoping to take the cruise control from this EX, but EVERY Civic (and that was only about 4 and they were ALL sedans) had a slushbox - Boooooo!!  So, I am still on the lookout for a 5-speed LX, EX too, with cruise control. I did find a 91 Integra, with good seats in it, but they were full of glass (the roof was basically missing) and I cut my hands all up just investigating the mounting points and such Ok..there is what I did with my day off...  Later!

junk yards rule, i like to spend like an hour there just thinking up of stuff i can slap on my car, its kinda like a playground for me.

haha - I heard that term either here or on the old PH some time ago.>I love using it
I found a dead pedal off a 89 Integra that looked like it would match where the spot is on the Civic..I might go back and get that biatch too.. I just wish where I lived wasn't so rural and they had more cars to take parts from. Not ONE 94+ Integra, and only two 86-89, and one 91 wth glass all over the damn place
