Civic Type R EK opinions needed

i saw a Civic Type R EK for about 19 USD, i was about to get it but wasnt sure if its good to build or if the rims are nice, so i need some opinions, if you guys think the parts fit fine and the kit doesnt need additional lowering and rims den i'll most likely build it.

It could stand to be lowered and have extra rims added but it's still worth buying and building.:grey:

The car looks good as is, but will always look better slightly lowered and wouldn't be very difficult to lower.
