Limited slip diff stuff
1) How many out there run a viscous LSD?? and are there any running a mechanical LSD???
2) What LSD's are compatible with the Primera G20/P11? From what I know they don't come standard with an LSD anywhere in the world. Are there any other Nissan LSD's that will go straight in to a G20/P11. 3) The reason I ask this is to save me having to order a Nismo Mechanical LSD from Japan if I can at all help it as they are $2650 NZ. 4) Lastly are there any front wheel drive Nissans that run a closer ratio gearbox in them that would fit a G20/P11? G20 SE-R 1st 3.063 3.063 2nd 1.826 1.826 3rd 1.207 1.286 4th 0.926 0.975 5th 0.733 0.756 Final 4.058 4.176 This is a direct fit swap. You will have to change the inner CV joint to use the SE-R gearbox. If you are going to add the VLSD to a non=VLSD gearbox, you must also swap the inner CV joint and the case. The non-VLSD case does not have room to just install the VLSD. Also, if you want to run the Quaife, you must first install the VLSD. The Quiafe does not replace the VLSD, but it attaches to it. It works greata from all accounts. If you need any of these parts and cannot source them from New Zealand, I can help you source them from here.
