Ahhh, this happened to me just the other day in fact. It's DEFINITELY a fuse...Accessory fuse to be exact. Replace it with a 20 amp fuse (doing this by memory, might not be exactly that) Or you can do what I did and just put in a fatter fuse. I blew it by running my sub off of the constant power supply from the shock sensor in the trunk.
