Question Evo vi default boost presure ?

Guys,
Anyone know the default boost presure for a jap spec Evo vi ? I currently have a boost valve turned right down (0.5) and am looking to crank it up to 1.1 bar. I thought the default was .7, but I am not sure any ideas ??? What is a safe level of boost for the standard turbo (without melting it after a few thousand miles) ??

Cheers

U should run it low for everyday and have a switch in the cabin to change it to high boost when u want to race. 1.1 BAR would be fine, easily handle that. Supposedly the japs chuck it up to around 1.6BAR for racing and even up to 2BAR. But only for quick sprints.
