The cruise control button shouldn't be too hard, just pop out the panel it is on (shares with moonroof control), then unplug the cable from the back, which will allow you to remove it and poke around (take it apart?) As far as the heater controls... not too sure, but it may involve you removing the whole vent/control panel? Hopefully not, that is a PAIN
