Tribute 4cyl Question

Will the current Tribute get the 2.3 4 from the 6 or will Mazda bring out a 4cyl version of the next Tribute?

I just purchased a 2005 Mazda Tribute with a 4 cyl. It gets about 22 MPG. Not bad for an SUV that size.

for the 05 Model

2.3L DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine
HP 153 @ 5,800 Peak Torque 152 @ 4.250

3.0L DOHC 24-valve V6 engine
Peak horsepower 200 @ 6,000
Peak torque 193 @ 4,850
