Anyone with gauge pods?

Does anyone here have a autometer pillar pod? If so, did you leave it the abs black, or paint it to match your trim? If you painted it, which paint did you use?

I have a gauge pod, but haven't put it in. Had for about a year, just no gauges to put in it. I was planning on cutting out the area that I was gonna put it to mount it flush, and paint it to match the interior. Sorry I can't really help you out on painting it though. Figured I would give my useless advice and postwhore some.

Left mine black, looks very good. If you paint it the light gray color, it makes a lot of glare when the sun shines on it.
