Recommended Suspension for '96

Hi all,

I have a buddy who has a '96 1.3 Paseo and is applying 16's this week and also needs a new suspension kit.

I am in Ireland and so the roads are excuse the pun, SHOCKing !

Looking for a 35mm drop ( 1.5 inches), no more.
Looking for good dampers and springs.
Yeah, i know eibach pro-kits are nice but they are too damn stiff for the Irish roads. And the Potato, erm Paseo is too light for them in ireland.

Anyone got some recommendations please?

Thanks in advance,
james.
