Lucky tangie
Wow. That's pretty much all I can think of right now. I can't concentrate to do my homework just yet. I am so anxious to do something... anything...
I just got back from a speech given at my school tonight. The guest speaker was Coretta Scott King, widow of Martin Luther King, Jr. She was amazing, and looks absolutely stunning for 75. I was lucky enough to sing in the choir, and as such we had seats reserved for us at the front of the STANDING ROOM ONLY auditorium. I sat 15' away from her. It really was amazing!!! I left with this huge desire to become someone and do something. It was just so cool!

:hehehe: sounds like an awesome experience, tangie. i wish i could have one like that...we've had motivational speakers before, but never one that really had a HUGE impact on me. i also think it's awesome and touching that you're helping out at the Special Olympics. i wish you much luck, and know that ALL of us are proud of you...well, almost all...cough JD cough JK :finger:
