civic vs mirage

hey i have a 99 honda civic ex 4 dr automatic that has 127 hp @6600rpm and 107 lbs of torque @5500rpm with a full apexi ni cat back exaust dc header and a aem cold air intake. and this kid with a 1995 mitsubishi mirage 5 spd that has 113 hp @6000rpm and 116 lbs of torque @4500rpm with a gell intake and a cat back exaust or maybe only a tip has been bustin me out about my car. so my question is can i take his car or would he take me????
