idle rises when i pump the brakes WTF
when i pump the brakes, my idle will rise slowly to about 1500 or so. WTF COULD THIS BE @#%@#%#@????

its the vacuum for the servo brakes because the servo needs more power so it raises the tick over to compensate for this, (I think)
my D16A9 does the same anyway

Correct it's the vacuum servo using up intake vacuum. It behaves as if you have an intake leak when you push due to the air being drawn from it into the manifold.
