Question civic vs mirage

hey i have a 99 honda civic ex 4 dr that has 127 hp @6600rpm and 107 lbs of torque @5500rpm with a full apexi ni cat back exaust dc header and a aem cold air intake. and this kid with a 1995 mitsubishi mirage that has 113 hp @6000rpm and 116 lbs of torque @4500rpm with a gell intake and a cat back exaust or maybe only a tip has been bustin me out about my car. so my question is can i take his car or would he take me????


any help would be great

99 honda civic ex

95 mitsubshi mirage ls

who would win??????

depends...if u both drive 5 speeds, gonna be all driver (since numbers are pretty close). if u have 5 speed he's auto, u'll stomp him (an vise versa if he's manu an ur auto). if both auto, then it'll be close. i'd give the nod to the civic if both are 5 speeds tho, simply because the SOHC VTEC would help at the top end an give u a lil pull. its gonna be depending on driver tho...so drive well an goodluck.

Is your header a 4-2-1? If so then I think you will pull hard on him midrange and then when vtec kicks in you will have him. Remember he has a bottle neck in his exhaust system with the stock manifold!
My beat is on the civic if drivers are equal!
