It's ok, looks a little clumsy to me... front has a lot of 360 Modena in it

From the side it looks like a super-vette type of car. It does look pretty good though.

You're right the profile looks sweet, but that front view is just so damn goofy!

Yes, it is a C5 corvette. Callaway has been modifying them since the 1980's at least.
This is the C12, i believe. They are available in many states of tune, with turbochargers available. I believe they nominally have 450hp or so. They use the LS1 5.7L V8 from the Corvette, of course. The body is vastly changed, and is much nicer than the corvette, IMO.

Callaway's can vary from amazing to insane, with some of them capable of speeds well above 200mph.

Wow, I feel retarded. I just remembered the Callaway Sledgehammer Vette. That thing was beastly. 254 mph (if my memory works) in 1988.

Yeup, tuner Vettes. Callaway was going to Lemans last I heard, but I think the C5R program made it pointless for him... :/

You are correct. The Callaway team raced in the ALMS up through last season. They raced in the GT class against the Porsche GT3 and BMW M3's. I was unhappy to see them go as it took away another competitor for the beloved 996 GT3RS. Also I think that the front body work looks more like a Marcos Mantis than a 360 Modena.
