HELP with 98 Grand Caravan

Over the last few weeks we have had some car probs - at stop lights the car will idle low and sometimes drop off and stall. Car starts right back up. No codes were read so we started with the fuel injectors - they were cleaned and no change, just replaced the ERG valve and still doing the same thing. Car seems to run fine otherwise. We are going back in tomorrow and they are talking about a new air idle control valve - do you think that could be it? What about O2 sensor??? Is this a common prob with the car and should we just get rid of it and start over?? Thanks! very frustrated here!!!

as with any car problems start with the easy stuff first. replace your fuel filter , check your air filter and go from there. a bad sensor would most likely give you a code, but it could be a dirty sensor like your o2 sensor -good luck and share your results please!
