Smoked Windows

Hey Everyone, haven't talked to any of you in a while, now that i'm not a honda owner...but i have a question for you, so hopefully you'll be able to help me out.

I have my driver and passagenger side windows of my truck tinted, at 35%, but i'm sketched that i'll get a ticket, but i do know that it's not illegal if the windows are factory smoked...which isn't the same as tinting because it doesn't scratch of when the piggies try to scratch it with their key or something...

my question is can you get your windows smoked after it bough, i have a 1995 GMC Jimmy, so it's not from factory, do any shops smoke windows??? Let me know, thanks
