6 Hrs is plenty of time if you have the right tools.

Some helpful hints:

Front-
Make sure the word "OUT" on the upper spring perch lines up with the mounting channel on the strut. It will wind up facing out as well.

You must have both wheels off the ground when you remove the struts or the sway bar will fight you.

Make sure you put the strut bearing in correct, if you put it in upside down it will tare itself apart.

Rear-
If you have an SE, you don't need a spring compressor to take them apart. There isn't much preload on the spring. If you have a GXE or a GLE you do need the compressor.

Access to the shock tower is easy if you just remove the rear trunk lining that butts up against the back seat. Pop out the clip near the top of the pass throu compartment and just pull that trim down. You'll see the top of the shock towers right in the corners.

Make the dials on the rear AGX's face inwards. That way you can reach around the back and adjust them while the car is on the ground. If you make the dial face the wheel, you can't get to the dial unless you remove the wheel.

You need a 19mm 6 point 1/2 inch drive socket and a big breaker bar to break the front strut lower mounting bolts lose.

You need a 17mm 6 point 1/2 inch drive socket and a big breaker bar to break the lower rear shock mount bolt lose.

Presoak everything in WD-40 overnight.

Watch very carefully how it comes apart and reassemble in the reverse order.

Good luck!

No, once you take the strut assembly out, the spring will remain compressed. The whole assembly is held together by the nut on the piston shaft. You must have the spring compressed before you take that nut off, or you'll be looking for new nuts for yourself! The fronts are under a lot of preload.
