Where can i get a b16 from a 99-00 civic,relieable place

I have a 93 civic si, i would like to engine swap for just a b16, one from a 99-00 civic si, i dont want to get the Sir2 engine, but thats all i can find with a hydraulic clutch and all that stuff. And all of them are about $3000 i would like to be around $2000 or under. Also a good relieable place since most places dont have warranties.
