Looks a lot like Courtenay... Except we don't see that many Toyotas around here, mostly domestics, Ford/Chevy. I live right on the main road in the downtown commericial district, but at the very end, where it turns into the main road to get to the highway connecter on the other end of town, and also the main road out into the western boonies!
 I see my fair share of jacked up trucks with huge tires... 2 houses down from me is a big corner, and all day long you can hear the trucks gearing down for the turn...
