good job dude! btw, how did you guys wire up that neon? is that connected so that when you light up the headlights it comes on, or is it a separate unit? did you pull the wiring from the fuse box or the cigarette liter? very cool, wanna do that too.

wiring is not that hard to do, i just learned recently just wiring it straight from your battery.

no it just fits right over your stock bumper. the whole bumper is pre-made for a perfect fit.

About the neons, It's not to hard to too. I will post up full instructions when I get a chance.

Wireing

You shoudn't wire straight from ur bat. You could melt ur stuff. I would go from fuse box. You can buy little things at autozone that plug right into it.

i meant putting an inline fuse to wire it. ya wiring straight from the battery without a fuse somewhere is dangerous. inline fuse is the way to go, but make sure you put it within 6 inches after the battery.

im thinking about running the wires from the fusebox (driver side, not engine bay) since dont wanna mess with running stuff through the firewall. in this case, from which fuse should I tap it to? and how much amps do I need for this neon?

thanxa bunch.

your exactly right

if you blow the fuse, you dont want that surge of energy to go anywhere near the neons or whatever your sending power to.

You want the fuse to be as close to the battery as possible in order to reduce the possibilty of short circuiting the battery and causing an explosion/fire as a result.

Without the fuse, if you wore through the +12v cable insulation and it touched something on the car chassis (or something that is earthed to it such as the engine block), you would basically be short circuiting the car battery with dire concequences!

With a fuse there, as soon as the short occurs, the fuse will blow rather than shorting out the battery.
