Hehehe good slogan, wrong car. I think this domestic rice thing is an epidemic, just the other day I saw a Cavalier with "Race" decals, a fart pipe and white-out lights!

You guys are SOOOO Lucky!

your only just seeing a tripped out cavalier? damn your lucky. I live in Newfoundland, Canada and the ONLY things around here are cavaliers and mustangs. In other words crap ass american POS. My cousin owns a 91 protege GT, about 160 HP at 1904lbs. It's quite quick for a stock car and it looks just like every other early 90's protege that everyone's parents around here have so when these guys in their cavaliers with an aftermarket exhaust and the cat. converter taken out see it they think they'll be cool and rev the engine and try and smoke us off the line.

1. Cavaliers have no balls.
2. They sound horrible when revved.
3. They sound even worse when you remove the converter.

So you can guess the outcome everytime.

No american cars should be modded with the exception of the Vette and the Viper.(also the NEW Firebirds and Camaros aren't too bad either)

Talking

Lol
This is apparently the best seller in Canada..what are those people thinking?? One of my dad's friends owns one, except its a Toyota Cavalier (same thing, we just get rebadged versions of the Chevrolet in NZ)
It has a 2.4L engine that sounds and drives like a 1.8, the most bland interior styling I've come across in a while, a suspension that manages to be hard and soft at the same time - hard on bumps, soft when cornering.. I've got no idea what would attract anyone to buy this car, unless it has some special servicing and warranty package or something.

And I thought that slogan quite funny actually

No american car should be modded, except the vette, and the viper, BS!!!!!
You forgot several cars. Linclon LS(I have seen a 400+ hp LS), Mustang(I have driven a 532 hp at the wheels naturally aspirated 97 cobra), Camaro, the SVT contour, is a sweet car that responds very well to mods, if you know what you are doing, and of course my car the cougar. BTW the mod mags are full of sh%$ about what they say they can get out of the cougar. I know someone, who got a better 1/4 mile time stock, than they said they got with a supercharger on the cougar. The most hp I have seen on a cougar is around 400 hp. And it behaved well with that much. Of course it had numerous parts replaced to handle that power. ie differential, clutch, flywheel(one of the first things that should be done to a cougar/contour the fly wheel weighs a ton).
Plus I think I will give you all some insider info, on what chrysler has planned for the future. In the future, the LH sedans will not be front wheel drive. They will be rear wheel drive, with hemi v-8s as an option. Yes the hemi is coming back!!!!
My source is an intern that has seen the next Corvette(beyond the Z06 New bad ass body style) He interned at Goodyear, and got to spend alot of time at the track. A GM engineer chewed him out for trying to look under the masking material, used for hiding the apperance of future models, of the corvette, saying "All you should be woring about is the tires. Other that that stay away from the car!"
got to get

No American car? I could name off a lot of american cars very much worth modding that would kill anything that Japan or anyother country has to offer. You don't know too much about American cars do you?
