A Hahn stage 2 is a turbo kit designed to fit the 420a engines in 95' & up non-turbo DSMs.
About the motors their reliable but not too fast. At least without turboing. A manuel-trans version will run about a high 16 in the quarter. I have about 109,000 miles on mine & all I've done is replace the belts & do a valve job. Not too bad.
Your best bet is to do some serious research. Here's some places to get you started;

www.dsmtalk.com
www.2gnt.com

Good luck.
