Keyless entry

Please help I need to know how to program a remote for a 1999 Chrysler LHS. I do not have one that is programed for this car. I did buy one that will work but I just need to know how to program it. Thank you in advance for your help.

You're gonna have to take it to a dealership, its not that expensive...
